Uncle Roman here is going to tell you a story from his past.

When I was a young man, even a teen ager, I worked out quite a bit. great definition, and strength. but I lacked size. part of the problem was my ignorance of how to stimulate a good growth response. and nutrition was really never part of the equation. I'd work out every day, quite often, multiple times a day. Yes, I was a pump junkie, and thought that there was a high correlation between growth and a muscular pump. So I'd "pump up" a few times a day.

Here's the problem I didn't understand at the time. You do not experience growth while lifting. Only during rest. And it can take up to 48 hours or longer to properly rest a muscle group. During this rest period, is when you experience growth.

My point is this, if you exercise properly, then once a day is all you need. And NOT seven days a week either. You need to not only rest your muscle group, but you also need to rest your CNS (central nervous system). Most of us only hit the gym maybe 4 or 5 times a week. And not all day either. If you hit the gym hard and with serious intensity, 60 to 90 minutes is all you really need.

    Make sense?

You can train 2x/day if you were on steroids . But you are young and haven't peaked so that would be stupid. Listen to the post above, rest is when you grow. Also one of the greatest things you can do for boredom from the gym is not go to the gym. For example on back day every once in a while do some rock climbing, arm day maybe some boxing or yoga. Get some hay stacks a tractor tire and some boulders, do your own routine outdoors. Variety is key to sustaining a program and avoiding overtraining.

On your profile you are 25yo

There is a big diff between a 19 and 25yo.

    -----------------------

If you are not seeing gains with your current routine, doing it 2x a day is pointless.

The set up seems kind of weird to me. Ex. Thrus biceps only? and then Fri abs/forearms?

Those can be incorporated with other workouts.

My sets are so intense there is no way I could go back for a second round, make your workouts the same. Ie leave everything at the gym, then feed your body, then rest and recover.

There is no need for you to do 2 workouts per day, do one workout correctly and intense enough to stimulate as much muscle tissue as possible and go home and feed.
You also need to look at your current workout schedule because it needs redesigning

Training twice a day has benefits to some but unfortunately I don't think you'd be one of those candidates. There's a lot of work that can be done to improve your progress but 2-a-days shouldn't be one of them.
