Yep, oatmeal and honey is one of my favorite preworkout meals. Takes a bit to digest but gives energy for days.

Going on empty again! (In like 1hour) to smash back and bis

Had 0,5l of warm water with fresh lemon juice right after waking up.

And 20min pre lifting I will have Juggernaut HP + 5g of citruline

If I eat in my day I cant train after my motivation energy just drop...

so it depends on individual some cant do anything if they havent ate.

the best time to train is when you feel that you will be the strongest.

    I'm the same

Personally, I couldn't do it. I've tried before and I just have to have something; even if it is just a shake w/ some oats thrown at it.
It makes me feel weak and my lifts suffer if I fail to eat, especially if it is a larger muscle group like back or legs. However if it works for you, then rock on with it.
Everyone is different, otherwise life would be boring as h*ll.

I do not see how you can train on an empty stomach. My lifts would suck and I would look flat. I always eat 1 hr before training and by the time I finish training and cardio it's time to eat another meal

No it's not. Stored fat means you're never really on empty.

I trained fasted for a while, but as I got stronger I really noticed my workouts suffered in the last third of the workout, I would just fade hard. I started adding a scoop of protein and that helped for a while, but as I started lifting more I needed more fuel. I now have 1/4 cup oats and 1.5 scoop of protein and that keeps me going to the end. This is over the coarse of the last 18 months since I have been back in the gym from a layoff of a couple years.

I have problems eating in am... So I'll do some fruit/yogurt(just for vitamins and stomach sake)and sm shake b4 then workout... Everyone's different, after I'll have another shake(bigger) and a meal... Like the saying goes... "If it ain't broke...don't fix it!

    That is 100% true! ^^^

And the glycogen in your muscles from day before is strong energy and pumping booster!

I've never had a reason to do this because I work grave yard shift and when I come home I eat again and don't train until my baby takes a nap and before her I always at least ate at my last break at work and trained when I got home.. But I don't think I could train legs. But everything else could work..

You're right about glycogen but I was talking about actual stored body fat which can be used as a means of fueling the body

Yes, correct as well. Tbh, at 44 I am getting a little set in my ways and enjoy a meal before training. I dif however love fasted cardio first thing in the morning in the warmer months and when I am concerned about bf. To me I just get a better run on an empty stomach in terms of performance.
