What amount of muscle should i expect to keep

Im 19 and I finished a 10~ week cycle of sust 350 about a month ago ive been taking my pct but ive been eating less because my appetite isnt quiet as heavy , I started at 212 and got up to 235 at my heaviest. its been one month and Im at about 214 lbs now, I have also been doing more cardio and focusing on losing fat. My question is how much strength/ muscle will i realistically retain. At the moment I'd say im slightly weeker in certain areas but I still bench about the same ammount, and my squats, and curls are the same, my arms look smaller to me but also more defined but lost that "swole" look. Btw this was my first cycle and i jumped right into it and I dont have too much prior workout experience besides a year of high school football and 4 months steady about a year before the cycle.

I went from 165x2 to 245x2 on bench on my cycle I can still hit this
Squats ive only done light weight Cause im focusing on mobility at the moment
Curls went from 17.5s to 25s easy reps not max

So i know theres alot of information here but really im just wondering what amount of muscle i should expect to keep say 2 months down the line, and I go to the gym about 4-6 times a week and i will continue that trend.

You'll keep none, that's almost a guarantee, you've already lost most of it lmao. You'll keep none because you don't know how to eat or train and are not disciplined enough.

    What's your body fat %?

Just finish PCT and hope you haven't done any permanent damage.

Started at 212 and now you are 214? Is that right?

With the food intake, probably 'ZERO'

This definitely belongs in the Young and "Uniformed" thread.

Dylan, youre waaay too young and certainly not ready for AAS use. Stay away from steroids for at least another 4 years and use that time to build naturally and work on your diet and exercise program - unless damaging your health and wasting time and money is something youre interested in pursuing.

Ok there is so much wrong with what you did it would take a while to cover it all. First of all finish your PCT. Give it a few months and get BW done to see where you are as far as recovery.
In the meantime DO NOT even consider taking AAS. Spend time in the forum learning how to train and eat. Ask questions and learn. In 5 or 6 years you may ready to try this again.
    Best of luck man.

Keep doing what you are doing and you may easily screw up and future gains. Good job on loosing some more fat but you could do that without the use of aas and risk. Yes we understand you wanted to take the quickest route, just like the 1000s of kids before you and who also got screwed up because of it.

Please take the time to read the link below and hope it's not to late.
