Is there a difference?
Hi there guys, i have been working out for the past one month, trying to eat clean and working out 3-4 times a week.. but i feel there is not much difference after one month so far..
What could i be doing wrong? will i need to do more cardio? I weight the same according to my scale... please do advice. Below is a pic of me taken one month ago and today..

You look a bit leaner in the second picture, you're trying to lose weight i'm guessing?
Sometimes one month isn't long enough to see visible progress, it takes time.

Give yourself some more time in the gym. Real change is gradual....try to make small three month goals and make changes in your routine. Your diet can always improve and your training can be adjusted but like everyone ....you have to start somewhere and commit to it. Make it a lifestyle!

The changes will be very gradual. Nothing happens overnight. Like buster said give yourself some more time in the gym. What does your nutrition look like?

Ahhhhh....I see. Not something you see everyday. I really wasn't paying attention to the direction of the symbol. Sometimes its just easier to politely ask.

yes i'm trying to lose weight and was surprised to see the scale showing me the same weight after one month of weight training.. so i was not sure if i was making any progress...
Ok i'll give this more time and at the same time try to improve on my diet as well.. i know my diet is bad ...
I'm trying to hit the recommended protein, fat, carbs etc.. as much as possialbe but on most days.. i'm sure i'm not hitting them, but i'm eating below my required tdee..
It is, but for us.. it's a symbol of our hindu gods. I get asked this question alot on forums haha..
Yes i noticed that many get confused i'm sure... in asia the swastika has a totally different meaning...

Okay Godspeed ....now that we have determined your not a nazi...( just kidding....I didn't know it had a religious significance, sorry) h
Just stay focused and committ to your workouts and diet. There is a ton of good info here that will enable you to tweak what needs to be tweaked and let you accomplish your goals. Build a solid base. .. this is something that too many guys rush .. ..there are many steps to the top of the mountain.

Try not to pay too much attention to the scale. Really , who cares how much you weigh as long as you look good ? Seriously though, as you build muscle and lose fat there is probably not going to be a whole lot of difference in weight , in fact I've seen people get heavier as a result of good diet and exercise , and they freak out over that even though they are out buying a new wardrobe because their pants are to big for them now. A mirror will show your progression much better than a scale will, and like everyone else said , it takes time , it took me a solid 8 weeks of hard work and perfect eating to see any changes.

Hi, use the mirror and how your clothes fit, diet and nutrition too. You look great so far. Cheers!
