Favourite cardio routines??
Evening all
What's your favourite cardio routine? Favourite maybe a little strong! Ha.
Currently I'm doing fasting cardio first thing in the am. 30 mins three times per week just to try and keep the fat gain minimal whilst on cycle. Stationary bike is my choice at the moment but getting a little bored of it. Be interested to hear what others do and like.

I feel the stepmill is the best bang for your buck.

I just go for convenience, i'll wake up and just walk to the stationary bike outside my room and do 20 mins at about 160bpm, take a shower and start the day.
I prefer to box or grapple for cardio but i pick up to many injuries doing so.

A more interesting option is cycle class for 55 minutes. Luv luv luv it!!!

55 minutes! That's a weeks worth of cardio.
