In comparison to what? If you feel good about it then it's good! If you feel like it was ok but you could do more safely...the. It's not good.
I used to want to ask these questions but then realized, good is what's in your own head, as long as you feel good about it you've done well.

Yeah I weigh 185 and pulled 405 for an ugly 6 today, set up to narrow and tows weren't out enough, shoulders ended up rolling forward, chest came in, but i just said **** it im not dropping it until I hit 6, I wanted at least 8, However I understand next week just to widen up a bit and get my tows out more, I think my hammies were still stiff as well, which could have also contributed to this, i usually warm them up with light dumbbell straight legs but I just used the bar for straight legs today and I do not think that was enough, Didnt feel like I was pulling as cleanly today , used way to much back, 2 xBW for reps is respectable. I pulled 385 last week for a much cleaner 7, and made a 20 pound jump to 405 today, and got it for 6 still, 1 rep less then what I did for 385 but form was way cleaner last week

well i was heavy enough to the point where i felt some muscle popping going out through my body, not like torn muscle popping, idk how else to describe it but i just felt ok maybe ill stop after this one. the last time i maxed was a while ago and it was 235. so i jumped 60 pounds haha
but yeah in the end i felt great being able to lift it with good form

Yeah Im shooting for a 455 pound deadlift 4 weeks from now, Id say my max is around maby 435-440 now, so I still have like a a 20 pound jump in 4 weeks , even if i took it 5 pounds a week, 5x4=20+435=455, just gota be real careful with the form.

I know the feeling you speak of lol it's sort of like splintering and popping going on inside random areas of your torso and head. Idk what it is but when that happens i know i've truly hit my max. Feels like those are the times i'd get a nosebleed if i had high BP.

A 60 pound PR is incredible man you should be super happy, don't compare yourself to others.

This^^^^^^^^^. OP only you can say what is good or not good. Set some goals and work towards achieving them.

    no it is not good...

the lighter you are the easier it is to lift a high ratio with your bodyweight

so 145lb is very light therefor 2time your bw is weak...
and im assuming you are fairly lean...
im 200 and do 500DL. im arround 17-18% bf and I find it weak...

if you train for powerlifting you might easely do 365-405 within a year.

but as long as you improve over time this is good.
    improving is whats important.

Try shooting for double body weight on the bench press and triple bodyweight on the squat and DL. If you train like a BB exclusively then these poundages will be difficult to achieve unless you are genetically gifted. If you want to train more for strength then you need to train more like a Pl. There's nothing wrong with throwing deads, etc into the mix of your BB routine either .....it will only make you stronger and develop better.

2x Bw at bench is not achievable by everyone... but thats a really nice goal to aim for.

I personnally aim for 3x Deadlift 2.5x Squat and 2x Bench.

Really not what I meant....sorry. I meant in terms of 1 rpm. I bet Ted Arcidi could have done it.

Actually .....2 times your bw on the bench for 2 reps is doable.

That is for sure and I am in no way suggesting its the norm. My brother can.......and the son of a B doesn't do any power lifting nor is he interested. Not the case for me, he def got the better genetics ....etc.

In my opinion, as a lifter and not a competitor 2.5 on the squat DL is good and 1.5 on bench is good. Dont try to be like all the guys on youtube that lift for a living. Its hard to do that while holding down a fulltime job and a family.
If im 200 lb and squat and dead 500 and bench 300.. im happy. Dont try to squat 700 lbs and bench 500, it will just make you made when you cant put i the work because of family vacations and cooking dinner. Train hard and be as strong YOU can be, not the competitors.
    Just my thought
