Fasted cardio every day or every other day
Hey guys
Currently I decided to go off-season for a a year and I was just wondering the following.
1: if I do fasted cardio everyday, would it impact my gains? Reason I ask is because too many opinions out there and it’s kind of annoying.
I am in a very high calorie surplus and I just want to keep somewhat lean while going into a heavy offseason.
I take my aminos before hand and do 30mins fast Pace walking tho I been doing this 3 x a week. Can I bump it up to everyday without it having a negative impact?

Absolutely. It will be beneficial. Search the concept of “energy flux” or “g flux”.
Research shows you will gain more muscle with less fat at a 1k calorie surplus where you’re burning 4K cals a day and intaking 5k, compares with burning 3k a day and in taking 4K. Even though they’re both a 1k surplus, the results will not be the same. Input vs output simplified things beyond reason, and ignores some very important process in the body that impact gains and losses.
