I workout Triceps, biceps and chest 5 times a week
Is that ok?
Except for BACK and legs
I do this 2 times a week.
I do:
Tricps (CGBP, french press)
Biceps (bicep curl cable)
Chest (dumbell chest press)
Pretty much this only 5 times a week...
