You don't really need to replace anything, just have your main compound movements (OHP) and than add the accessory work
If you're natural dont go throwing every exercise in the book into your workouts but still play around with the movements, focus on full rep range of motion and get some reps under your belt and find what you like

.... I feel like you wrote that without thinking. You're talking to a good guy that well liked around here, that won't go over well. It's certainly not with me. But it's alright, mistakes happen. Thats what the edit button is for. I even edited my reply so there's no evidence

Choata, you have made 3 threads dealing with triceps exercises and you also posted them in the wrong area, so the threads were moved here to the correct area and 2 of the threads were merged.
Make a thread, post it on the correct area, wait for input, and carry on. If you have additional questions on the same subject, don't start a new thread, use the thread that basically addresses the same subject (provided you are allowed to return).
This thread will be merged with your other threads.
Thanks.Last edited by almostgone; 03-04-2019 at 06:12 PM.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
