When lifting do you still keep up with calisthenics?
Just seeing where everyone stands on if they are in the gym lifting and all if you still keep up with your calisthenics? Ive been told its a big part in lifting to keep up with calisthenics as it will help with your lifting. It makes sense. Just wondering everyones take on it. Thanks.

I think its best to keep in some form of cardio year round.. at least 30 mins 3-5x per week. just steady state. also when bulking its best to separate your cardio session from your weight training, so like cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon .
the cardio will help with cardiovascular health, insullin sensitivity, digestion and appetite, etc.
