" HEAVY DUTY ."I am against modern philosophy

Honestly, I think a chicken philosophy has been implanted in the minds of modern bodybuilders.

They are against training in large amounts of weight and intensity.
You look at them training, they are all the same, take the weight of the birds and say it is to feel the muscles. Haha .. Let me laugh a little! Haha ha
The funny thing is that your physicists don't develop; they can never break homeostasis!

Homeostasis is only broken when the muscle experiences a new load that we have never caught before.
High loads create large muscles; Dorian Yates has always been a monster

Coleman doesn't even speak because there is no equal!

I would like to know the opinion of guys who train hard and advocate training with high amounts of weights.

I dont know any scared of intensity.
Look up set feroce shoulder workout and try to keep step with him for 5 minutes.

As far as extreme anything goes, you pay the price.
Coleman is nothing compared to what Mccarver would have been. When you push your accelerator to the brink and ignore it... You are done.
Look at coleman at 25 vs Dallas, its silly.

I also don't believe any pro gives much of a damn about safety or listening to the crowd or any mentality other than their own.
You dont get in that position by doing that.

They all have a metaphorical two wheeled dolly to cart around their balls and follow what works best for them individually.

Low level amateur bodybuilders do possibly follow an idea of mediocrity and they will get results as such.

In general, timid spirits dont shoot random chemicals and unprescribed medicines into themselves for the sole purpose of gaining muscle.

Coleman was great in his time. There are plenty of equals today. The crazy thing is the equals ate getting younger and younger.
