While on cycle, should I go for high reps or low reps?

While natural, I’ve been doing 12-16 rep sets, 4 sets per workout, 2-3 workouts per body part. 3 day splits, 2wice a week upper body push, upper body pull, and lower body.

So for example upper body pull day I’ll do 4 sets lat pull downs, 4 sets rows, and 4 sets bicep curls. 12-16 reps.

Is this too much or not enough? Either on or off cycle? What should I change?

For results, you should know what your body responds to before cycling. Do you respond better to low reps or high reps? What is your goal: body building, strong man, power lifting, track and field, etc?

AAS will generally help with recovery, so you can do more work. I personally do more sets and reps than you describe even as pure natural, but that is what I respond well to. On cycle, I would definitely increase volume, and probably intensity too, though don't over do it.

Train much harder for new growth on cycle, once you cross over to steroids you will just maintain gains while off cycle
