What is your current cardio routine? What's your favourite form of cardio and why? What do you think is the optimal level of cardio one should do on gear? Is steady state enough or would it be better to incorporate some HIIT into your routine? Any general tips you'd like to share?

Been lifting for quite a while. Usually train for around 60-90 minutes on a 6 on 1 off PPL schedule, which seems to work for me. Immediately after lifting, I usually do 30-60 minutes of cardio on the elliptical somewhere between the higher end of zone 2 or the lower end of zone 3.
