    unable to do AM cardio, any subs?

    hey, i cant seem to do AM cardio becasue either it is too cold to run and the gym isnt open at 6am. What should i do about this? I am trying to cut. Thanks.

    Fast for about 3-4 hours (don't eat nothin') and then do cardio. Or eat at about 7pm, don't eat anything until 11pm and then run. Then after you run, down a protein shake and some EFA's and you'll be aight.

    Bundle up or buy a cardio machine. You can buy a recumberant bikes run for less than $200.

    It was a shocking 66 degrees this morning. I swear frost was almost on the grass

    I don't think I've ever been in temps that cold. I've only seen snow maybe 3 times in Dallas.

    Thing about Houston though, it so **** humid, that the heavy air intensifies what ever temp it is by about 10 degrees so 90 feels like 100 and 60 feels like 50

    Ouch! I don't think I would ever leave the air-conditioned house. Walking to get the mail in that heat would burn a days worth of cals for me
