    Smoking marijuana?

    I have heard that THC reduces muscle mass and/or makes it harder to build muscle and gain strength. Is this true?

    And by how much? I doubt its bad enough to hinder you from making gains from hard work in the gym. If you bust your ass all week and smoke a joint on the weekend, you're still probably gunna gain the same strength you would have without the pot.

    But smoke'n a doobie before and after each work out is bound to have some adverse effects.

    THC is a form of plant estrogen. It's bad news when it comes to bodybuilding, you'll have to give that sh!t up.
    My next cycle is gonna be synovex converted without removing the estradiol and and ounce of weed a day!

    Dude,

    I had just gotten of that junk(heroin)...gonna start life afresh, picking new hobby as bodybuilding....but I'm on this maintainance program(by doctor) to take buprenorphine(subutex) daily for 1 more month,
    It's to stop my cravings n withdrawals...

    I cant wait to start my workout cycle, dats why i'm wonderin if Subutex can mix with steriods ...

    Pls try to advise, thanks
