    stiff-legged and romanian deadlifts

Hey i used to only do stiff-legged when i started out due to its ease of execution and i've made awesome gains on my traps with brutal stretch marks, i've tried doing romainian deads just last week and i feel that the workout won't be as intense due to each rep being executed 1 by 1 and putting the stress off the muscles. Am i missing out any potential muscle mass w/o any romanian deads?

if your doing stiff legs for traps, that's kinda odd, cause they're normally for hamstrings, i don't like to do romanian at all because or the akward position on the bottom, feels like my lower back has too much pressure on it, for traps, stick with regular dead lifts and upright rows
