Good Back Exercises With Dumbells/Barbells only?
Yo, I'm at this crappy gym that only has dumbells and barbells. I'm too used to nice gyms where they have pretty machines for back. (Anyways, I'm sure that good ole free weights are probably best anyways.)
SO can anyone please give me a list of exercises to do for back? And a short description of what each exercise is , since I may not recognize the terminology.
A link to a website with good dumbell exercises for back would be awesome too.
Thanks.
Much Appreciated.

What are "good mornings"?
Thanks for the exercises...too bad I don't know EXACTLY how to do most of them...like what angle...I guess I'll run Google searches on them, but if anyone has a website with nice diagrams on it, please do share.
And keep the exercises coming. I really appreciate it!

you should be proud that you work in a gym with no machines, machines are for girls, men use iron

bent over dumbell rows can be killer if done correctly. As can widegrip chinups done to failure each set.
