Ive officially been up for over 21 hours
I am not even tired...... I've been up since 5:40am yesterday, it's 2:41am ... there seems to be a point where your body shuts off it's sleep mechanism and all you feel is wired. I feel like working out

I hope not. I'll probably be napping on/off all day later today. Getting up only to eat and train. Thankfully I'm self employed

I just tried going to sleep and I can't! the inhumanity, where's that melatonin...

When I flew back from Australia I was awake for almost 45 hours, towards the end I was getting this floating feeling it was really weird. I was ****ed for about a week after that

uhh man thats not right. I like my sleep.. I can go to bed at 9pm and wake up at 12am and still sleep more lol

iv been to some hardcore parties that go on 3-4days, its possible to stay up drinking but when u crash you really do! sleep for like 2days and take ages to fully recover...

I'm up for 26 hours every friday to saturday because i work 2 jobs, and go to gym in between. I'm basically up from 6am friday to 8am on saturday. And that's with no illicit substances involved. I like how u get that 20th 'second wind' come 7am on saturday morning when the sun finally comes up again, so i can realise how depressing it is to be doing this job.

I have the same wired feeling got maybe 4 - 5 hours sleep in 3 days. Think I will pick up some melotonin.
Lucky im not one cycle... I know this is killing my natty gains though
