    ever get this hungry?

    so it starts off as a normal day woke up at 8 am(restin from cardio) play some online monopoly(lost 6 times) make some really strong coffee, i went 2 see some1 for an hr or smth and came back watch a bit tv now its 1pm and i didnt eat nething cept a teaspoon of oatmeal. at 2 i get so ****ing hungry i ate 2.2lbs of chicken , 2.2lbs of ribs,another 2.2lbs of a diff kind of meat , 2 big cans of tuna and im done with a lb of skimmed milk 1lb left

    that would make me barf. way to much all at one time. but then again when i go to dennys i'll order a meal off each of the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.

    i cant stand ne junk food nemore or complex carohydrates or simple ones too my diet is basically fruit , vegetables , milk , meat , fish , chicken

    hows that diet working for you? it doesn't seem complete but that may be what your body needs.

    u kidding me according to my info its 100% wrong not eating frequently too much simple sugars from milk fruit no cheats etc..... but this is wut i feel comfortable with ill stick to it i just started training again after my stitches healed didnt lose strength or size so im guessin im doing stuff rite according to my bod

    mesomorphyl ur like 40 or smth grow up already wut is it the satanic bible that offends u or the fact that ur mother........... lol
