    I think the by-stander got his head crushed by the rear tire. That poor person. I've been hit by a car at thirty miles per hour. Luckly, I was on a bike and had that side of the crank above the bumper. I was able to walk away with just some scrapes and bumps. A small one on the back of my head is permanent. Getting hit like that, is not fun.

    i don't think he's going to have to worry about driving for awhile. i think he'll be eligible to get his license back before he gets out of prison. probably get attempted murder with a deadly weapon and some other crazy felony driving charges. i don't think i've ever got that bad of road rage. i've ripped someones side view mirror off because they wouldn't get out of the car but i didn't feel the need to run over the guy.
