Yes!! It's funny bcuz..I can realize I'm dreamin. ...and either wake up...end it...or alot of the time...give myself powers lol..

It scared the crap out of me cuz I always wake up right as or after I physically throw a punch...It's funny though because sometimes I kind of wake up a split second before and I still throw the punch just to be safe because the dream feels so real.

I have a bad dream where I know I am asleep and there is a flying demon trying to get me (makes a sound like tires at high speed on asphalt) and I hear him coming and I am trying to shake myself awake but am literally trapped in my dream, paralyzed.

Its nothing compared to a dream about one of my kids dying.

I had a nasty nigthmare yesterday. I was at the gym. And 6-7 other members also. Females only. Suddonly, while benching they came over and tied me to the bench with their fitnessropes. Then they started to do all kinds of weird stuff to me.

The positive effects are feeling like a freight train through the day and strength/leans mass gains like few things out there.
Some lucky individuals get no serious side effects.

Sides are dose-dependent and often more than not guys take way more than needed.

I did only one run at 200-300mg weekly and obtained virtually no sides other than lowered HDL.

Would be the best thing that would happen to me as well... I don't sleep great and that's when my PTSD comes into play(with these dreams) waking up in a panicked state sucks man!

They used to be good ones but have made a turn for the worst. They have been pretty good lately.

Mine have taken a turn for the worse but they always feel that way, too so it's a constant battle...

I get these too. I also get dreams where someone or something is crushing my balls but when I crush other peoples balls its like they fooled me with fake ones, I crush them and they laugh it off. Annoying as hell and wake up with real pain in the balls lol.

Had a dream where I was in an apocalyptic world controlled by these weird dark figures that I never got a good look at. I was with my family on the run, scrapping by to survive. One by one each one of my family members got killed in weird circumstances like my brother falling off a bridge and sister being caught when we were moving around. My elderly father fell ill and I had to kill him with a pillow as the humane thing to do. All of this was in extreme detail and I woke up traumatized. Will never forget this dream.

That must be awesome because when I wake up during a nightmare I know when I fall asleep I will be right back in the same nightmare and makes it hard to sleep. Especially with the flying demon bastard. All he ever does is grab me... think I would be such a puss about it but it sucks when you ate paralyzed and flying demons grab you.

The paralysis thing where you cant move and know you are sleeping, sometimes I would see myself asleep at the place and in the position I was sleeping, like an out of body experience.

The more superstitious call it being "held down".
By that meaning by an "entity".

My girl told me about that and about it happening to her and her ex husband at the same time, while they slept in the same bed, before we met of course.

It was very interesting.

I will try my damndest to throw my arm or leg or head with all my strength to break free so to speak and wake up and wake up flopping finally.

I used to get it all the time, thats crazy. Once the house alarm went off and I woke up but only my head was moving. Bugged my wife out for a long time lol I used to have dreams where I would get into fights and not be able to punch. The a few years back it happened for real, I went to punch someone and it was in slow motion. I thought oh shit as I threw it. It bounced off the guys head and he tackled me popping my bi off my forearm. Now I always think that the dreams were a warning for me to stop fighting.

The methods they listed for escaping the paralysis never worked for me really. It got so bad I literally could not move anything sometimes. I would just quiver till I woke up.

That "dont resist" idea they have just sounds wrong to me. I never tried that. Sounds like advice they would give someone being raped at gunpoint.

I always get sleep paralysis during stress times but never had hypnagogic hallucinations or felt someone were in the room.

However I also find myself unable to breath, which is likely the reason for waking up.

Trying to move extremities or rotate whole body is the best way out imo.

I have night terrors. I'm going to have to see a specialist. I'm awake, but somewhere in between conscious. I'm paralyzed and can't speak. I try to scream out to my wife, but can't even muster a whimper. I feel this could be demonic, as I sometimes hear a woman behind me laughing.

Always had those dreams didn't think I could punch until I got into a fight - one punch KO LOL
