Your current ONE greatest pump tune...
There have been a LOT of "cool tunes" or "gym tunes" (and a few looney tunes!) threads but I'd like to know:
Whats the ONE tune which when played at top volume in your ears give you the best pump, pushes out that one extra rep, makes ya MEAN!
And why?
To get the ball rolling, I'll start...
For me at this point it's "Come in Hard" from Hardknox. I get a hellish pump on that song.
Why? Well, when I hear it I start visualizing the whole casino shoot-out scene from "3000 Miles to Graceland" (they used that tune) and it drives me like crazy.

Hell yes! Although I will have to say the older stuff of thier's (Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, Jump in the Fire) is the stuff I love. When a band is starving they put out the good stuff. I'm not real keen on the new stuff.........somethings missing......not bad but just not the same. IMHO of course.

Music is usually tuned out when i'm lifting... I dunno, I must concentrate too much... The best thing to listen to is the gym get quiet and all you hear is yourself, and every other punk watching you...

Tom Sawyer by RUSH.
Used to listen to that before hitting the field and ripping QB's heads off. It got me fired up then and the mental imagery of those memories fuel me in the gym now.
