just watched the ronnie coleman video
anyone else thing is form sucks? i mean im not gonna argue the guys huge and grows, but his form is so ****ty on some of the exercises he does, like his lateral dumbell raises and **** like.
again im not gonna argue, the guys is huge and strong, but im just thinking what weight he would use if he's from was perfect on everything without rocking back and stuff like that

I sum what agree with this... ive noticed on some movements that even though I keep perfect form I cant get the feel in the muscles... I need to tweak the movement a little in order to "feel" it properly.

I have the video... The first thing i thought is look at his form, but big ol is right, after awhile u learn how ur body reacts to different movements, thats like everyone may not use identical form for the same exercise... Doesnt mean ur doin it wrong, its just ur way of getting it done... Hes a monster in that video, o man, he can kill a gorilla with his bare hands, or at least put up a fight...
