    How much cardio when on bulking cycle?

    Hey hows it going bros. Im going to be going on abulking cycle pretty soon and just wondering if cardio everyday is too much. I'll be going on sust250- 500mg for 10 weeks. thanks for any advice in advance. D5096

    IMO Bulking = no cardio dieting = lots of cardio

    But if your gonna do it anyway's then 3 times a week max.JMO

    I agree with mallet, no cardio while trying to bulk up. It defeats the purpose.

    when i'm on a bulk i do upper body two days and lower body two a week and 30 mins of cardo on the other day.. normally weds and that's all the cardo i do... now off cycle i work two body parts a day

    I usually do 20 mins 3 days a week at a slow pace even if I'm bulking, just to stay fit and healthy.

    If you notice yourself gaining/holding too much water/fat, I'd recommend doing LITE cardio once or twice a week. If not, I'd have to stick w/mallet.
