    Why do you guys workout? Im just curious. Do you do it to look at yourself in the mirror? I do it for a reason, It helps out my ground game. It helps me power out of holds and helps in every aspect of the "Ground Game." If you think Im immatour for enjoyin a fun sport then mabe you need to go back to your mirror and take a deep look at yourself and why you train, if you train at all.

    it is the natty with the oil. i dump that off and mix in flax oil.

    and if you've only been working out for 10 weeks, i dont think you are in a position to tell anybody why you display dedication and hard work in working out... i've been in this game for 4.5 years, some guys on here have been in it for 30-40 years... telling us why you workout, after 10 weeks means nothing... sorry, but it doesnt...

    Ive been workin on and off for 10 years. I took a couple of years or so off and lost all the gains I ever had. Like I said I just started back up about 10 weks ago. You want leg pics....lmao next your gonna ask for d*** pics....

    I can't get over the pb thing... Have you ever tasted evening primrose oil? I am just wandering if you could mix and match along with flax for a different taste. Please do not mention fish oil
