Test e ... 350 mg a week ... 10 weeks .. Basic ?s
Ok so I decided to save a bottle of test E and Anavar for future use... after advice and reading up the last couple weeks heres what I am planning... Again I am not looking to put on weight and get to 250lbs... I am 229-233 about 18-20% BF.... I am looking to lose some BF and increase my strength all around (tighten up) I am looking to get down to 205-210.
Very strict diet/ cardio 5x a week.. lifting 4x a week
TEST E..... 350 mg a week.. split up MON-THURSDAY for 10 weeks.
I have Nolvadex , clomid, and the armidex is coming soon (waiting to get before i start)
Now how would you guys recommend my PCT? dosages would help please. and when to start.
Again thanks in advance for being patient and i realize a lot of this information is out there, but I figured to just get some opinions.

10 weeks of a long ester is a tad short, but not too bad
PCT starts 14 days after last shot
Arimidex with those doses can be kept fairly low, I'd say like .25mg EOD
PCT doses vary, but this is fair - 4 weeks, clomid at like 50/50/25/25 & Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20
The diet will be key in this cycle, low sodium, cal deficit & dry whole foods
Run some intermittent fasting in there somewhere, it should do you wonders
Also consider adding a EC stack or the like

Atleast 12 weeks.
Get bf% down to 15% before starting.
Your sides will be more manageable and results better.
Also look at austinite write up on hcg .

I do agree on this, long esters take a bit to kick to full strength

As a typical rule of thumb, for sure
But, mild test can be used a supp in a heavy cut to prevent muscle loss. While still getting a tad more strength and hardness, even within a deep cal deficit
When I got my ass to 30% Bf from a retarded diet & cycling. I cut natty till I got to slightly above 20%, then dropped my cals to damn near starvation mode & pulled my self into the low double digits.

yeah i really plan on cutting calories hard for a while.. and I don't want to lose all my muscle by doing so, I think it will help with what I am looking to gain. obviously this is a pretty mild cycle right? and with my PCT I should be fine getting my natural levels back up right?

Yes & should
There is never 100% when you pick up the spike. I have heard a bit since I started, from good to bad
PCT will be even more of a critical time for not regaining weight & not turning into complete crap. Your natty test will begin to climb while on PCT & post PCT, but slowly.

Yes cut for little long (have to wait for all supplies to arrive anyway) and I would run it very basic
Test e for 12 weeks I would go closer to 500 mg week
Arimidex .5 eod
Hcg 500iu week up till 3 days prior pct
Pct after 2 weeks
Nolva and clomid
Wait 6 weeks and get blood work (blood work before if possible to get baseline)
Make sure you maintain clean diet and training all the way thru pct do not let up and don't let your mind play tricks keep on your normal routine.
