Blood pressure
Blood pressure runs between 138-150/80-85. I am taking michaels blood pressure factors which is a hawthorne berry blend and drinking plenty of water. I am coming into my 6th week. Is this issue going to get worse? At one point I felt anxious out of nowhere and it was 165/88. Should this be a concern or is it normal. I am doing everything I can to keep it under control. I don't want to drop dead lol.

From a medical standpoint you're out of range.
I'm not sure when it comes to being on gear. Hopefully some vets can weigh in.

Off cycle I am 120/80 all day long.
On cycle I am 132-145 / 85-100 when not taking beta blockers or ace inhibitors. On beta and ace I sit at 130-135/80-85 on cycle.
Ace and betas are generics you can get online through canadian pharmacies for cheap. Here in china a week dose of both is like total 5 USD. So cheap and so worth it.
But truth of the matter is if you are getting hypertension sides like this you might want to check your labs and see if HCT or RBC .... possibly estrogen is out of whack. They typically cause the hypertension sides to magnify.

I had bloods taken at the end of my third week and everything was normal. HCT was 47% which is what I am when not on. Everything else was perfect. They disn't check E2 for some reason even though I requested it. Could my HCT have risen dangerously high in the past couple of weeks? If I schedule another app to have bloods done again this soon my doc is gonna wonder whats up. My biggest concern is can I just pop a stroke at any given time? My blood pressure had always been up and down due to a little bit of anxiety. I usually run 130/80.

You're not going to have a stroke. That would only be a real concern well into the 200+ systolic range.

Cialis is my baby when on cycle. 3-5mg/daily is all I need on Tren cycles.

I think it may have gotten high because I got some anxiety about my flushing red face. My mind tends to run away with things. I used to have panic attacks which webt away thank god but I am still a nervous person quite often. BP jumps around during the day anywhere from 125-140/80-85 usually. I always instantly get nervous as soon as I am about to take it. I read that the flushing red face has nothing to do with HBP as HBP is symptomless. Besides that my BP has skyrocketed during full blow panic attacks in the past up into 180/100 and my face didnt get red like this. What causes the red flushed face I am not sure but it made me hella nervous lol. I am taking an 81mg low dose aspirin every night and 3 michaels bp factors during the day along with cranberry extract and milk thisle, fish oil and a multi. I drink a gallon a day minimum.

It happens.
When I intake MSG through a dish I did not cook my BP spikes like a mofo. Sometimes when I take my last GVT set to 13 reps instead of 10 I get a massive spike in BP.
You have to learn your triggers and control them. This is why BP you take sitting and resting is not actually what will hurt you. It is an indicator of when you do exercise or have a spike how far it will go. After my GVT workout I am in the 170+ / 90 + range...which is ok because it is a spike. NOBODY that does a cardio workout has their BP stay 120/80. I would wager 160/90 would be low normal for exercising BP.
If you are not taking ace inhibitors and beta blockers ... in my opinion.... you are doing it wrong. They are cheap and solve the issue. Any doctor will script you for them. They are cheaper to buy than the co-pay. They also solve other things like tachycardia etc etc.
Natural cures are cool till they do not work. Get some medicine.

I never claimed it did, not directly. However, it may help if your arterial integrity has been comprised, due to the high blood pressure, wherein the onset atherosclerosis become apparent. Small daily doses of Aspirin have been used as a precautionary measure against arterial inflammation and the risk of intracranial aneurysm rupture. Either way, when high blood pressure is an issue, diet should be addressed first and foremost. If you fail to lower it, covering the rest of your bases just seems prudent.
