Clean Bulking
Hey,i'm weighting in around 90kg want to get up 2 around 120kg with around 10%bf ,i want to bulk as clean as possible i'm 20yrs old i want to build a solid base before i start using juice.
Here is my sample diet.
7.00AM
5 egg whites +2 whole eggs
1 bowl of Oatmeal mixed with 15gms of whey
1 lean chicken muffin [low carb bread]
1 tea spoon flaxseed
multivitamin
9-10.00AM
1 protein shake
1 banana
4 0z cottage cheese
1 protein bar
12-1.00PM
2 chicken/salad sandwiches[low carb bread]
1 bowl of brown rice
4-5.30PM Pre Workout
1 cup oatmeal mixed 15mg of whey
1 banana
6.30-7.00PM Post Workout
1 protein shake
1 gatorade
8.30PM
steak,salad,vegies
9.45PM
protein shake
3 oz cottage cheese
multivitamin

Read the bulking sticky atop the diet forum page as you have several problems with your eating plan. Also, where is the cardio and diet for non-training days!?

the days that i do not train i usually have a protein shake,protein bar ,some cottage cheese or some almonds around 4.00 have dinner around 6.30-7 and finish up around 9.00 with my last meal,so i usually repeat my 10.00 meal when i do not train.
and with cardio i'm to scared because i don't want to burn of 2 many calories thats why i want to bulk as clean as possible

If so, then you'd want to do cardio (AM), as outlined in the bulkin sticky at the top of this section. Just make sure you're getting a surplus in calories throughout the day to make up for any deficit caused by your activities.

Cheers for the replies everyone i was just under the impression that all cardio activity has to stop while bulking
