3rd time at diet pls check
ok let me try this agian guys pls dont get cross am trying my best.
stat 209pounds 16percent body fat
will lift 5times a week an do cardio 3 times a week low intense 25-30min
oh yes am trying to bulk.
meal 1} 0745. 5eggs 2hole/2rice cakes w p/b 1orange an 1/2 cup oats
meal2, 1015 meal replace drink 47grams protein 43carbs an 1 bannan or apple
meal3,1245 6oz tuna/10oz patatoe 1 apple
meal4.3.15 6oz b/rice/3 oz mix veggies/8oz chicken breast
work out
pwo 55grams whey 100grams dextrose
meal5.6oz chicken/6oz b/rice /4oz mix veggies /100gram yogart low fat
5 15 meal time 4 above
meal 6. 9 00/ 6oz chicken/7oz b/ric/ 4oz mix veggies
hope it is a bit better than last time guys pls dont dis me bad.

i know i cant eat fat/pro/carbs together so wen can i take flax seed oil in my diet.cos all my meals have carbs. i also cant just eat prot or if i do i need a **** lot to full me up else i get cramps in my stomach from not eating enought.thats y i like carbs it fulls me up.

The only fat I see in your whole diet comes from two measly egg yolks and a little peanut butter. Your whole diet is protein and carbs.

BTW, I'm no diet expert and even if I was, I wouldn't want any questions directed solely to me. There are a ton of guys on here with excellent knowledge.

i based it on silverfoxs diet.
how would i put in fat. in my diet mybe meal6 i just eat chicken an flax seed oil 10ml or wat.thanks for your reply guys

ok badman. its at home i printed it.but i cant find it on my tread but i remember wat you said.
must find out how many cal to eat
must not eat potein carb an fat at the same time
must have a pwo right after work out
must eat at least 1.5grams of protein to 1 pound
must have a good carb protein meal about 1hour after work-out

ok portein is 298 carbs 309 an cal is just over 3000.so i must changed my last meal to a potein an fat mybe steak an 10ml flax. my meal drin is 47 protein 43 carbs. thanks for the reply

Make these modifications and you're pretty much there. You may want to bump up your calories by a couple hundred but try your current plan for a few weeks and see how it goes.
