apple cider vinegar?
i saw something in my text about Acetic acid in this vinegar and it says it can increase the amount of stored glycogen in the muscle. add to pwo shake maybe? nebody have ne info on this stuff?

Blech!!!!! Pwo shake w/vinegar.......my God, I can see my guts on the pavement already.
There was some jibberish about this......just like cinnamon........no biggie really.

Also watch out cause the next day you are going to need to take a huge dump.. I know kinda gross. My grandparents used to use it to "clean" out thier system.. I tried it for a few weeks once with no difference in the amount of fat loss when dieting..

well it shoudnt effect weight loss neways. . it repairs muscle glycogen.
but yes the days i am in a rush and can only get flax or olive oil. . .the night always end on a smelly note

But yea.... I used apple cidar vinegar pills for a while. They are a waste of money, but they do work to flush out your system almost like a diuretic. They made me piss out my fluids a lot more than usual. Honestly they didn't do jack $hit for fat loss though
