Please Take a Look at My Current Cutting Diet.
Ok, so i'm about 2wks into my cutting diet and I'm starting to see some results, but i'm curious to know what you guys think of this:
AM Cardio 45 mins
m1: 2 Tbsp Natty PB, 1 Chicken Breast
m2: 1 oz Almonds, 1 Chicken breast
m3: 2 Scoops ON Whey Prot, 1 tbsp flax
PWO: 2 Scoops ON Whey, 80g Dex
m5: Either Lean Steak or Chicken, 1/2 Cup Brown Rice, Spinach
m6: 2 Scoops Whey, 1 Tbsp Flax
So far things have been going pretty well, energy levels have stayed up and I make sure to get 8-10hours of sleep a night.

Only thing I would change is to up your PPWO carbs to the same ratio as your PWO shake. Aside from that looks good

looks good just keep an eye on lean mass. HOw many kcals does that diet come out to.

hmm 2330 sounds good maybe a bit low.. im hitting up the same numbers but once in a while i feel a bit weaker.. maybe just a bad day? im 6'1 217..

that fat seem a lil low also. .bump it up maybe 15 grams or so

Woops... forgot to count the 3 grams in protein shake plus there is 4 grams of fat per piece of chicken breast.

it looks alot like my new diet im about to jump on after i made chenges to my old one, only diffence i have a tuna meal where u have one shake in meal 3. good luck brother and keep us posted on your results.
