What's the fasted way to shed fat?
I'm looking to loose alot of weight. I'm over 300bills and like to be 220-230. Just dont know where to begin. I havent been to the gym in over a year and a half. I been to a Nutritionist before but packed on the weight again. Are there any Nutritional programs for a busy schedule out there?? My goals is to loose weight and have "some" muscle and to Maintain it.

Diet first then cardio, cardio and more cardio.

hahahaha...that's certainly a fast way........but like swole said you be smart don't go on some quick fix plan i've been exactly where you are now and i'm right where you want to be. it took alot of discipline and hard work at the gym, try to lose 2 lbs. a week and you're on the right track anymore then that and you'll be most likely losing alot of water weight and alot of muscle..be smart and it will add up over time just work hard and stay focussed and you'll be succesfull

yeah man, take the slow smart approach. you will preserve more muscle mass thuse making it easier to burn away the fat
