    What's the fasted way to shed fat?

    I'm looking to loose alot of weight. I'm over 300bills and like to be 220-230. Just dont know where to begin. I havent been to the gym in over a year and a half. I been to a Nutritionist before but packed on the weight again. Are there any Nutritional programs for a busy schedule out there?? My goals is to loose weight and have "some" muscle and to Maintain it.

    hahahaha...that's certainly a fast way........but like swole said you be smart don't go on some quick fix plan i've been exactly where you are now and i'm right where you want to be. it took alot of discipline and hard work at the gym, try to lose 2 lbs. a week and you're on the right track anymore then that and you'll be most likely losing alot of water weight and alot of muscle..be smart and it will add up over time just work hard and stay focussed and you'll be succesfull

    yeah man, take the slow smart approach. you will preserve more muscle mass thuse making it easier to burn away the fat

    Dropping 40 pounds in a month is a horrible idea...remember, the quicker you lose it, the quicker you can put it right back on. Take it slow, and moderate

    i tried this once when i was 260lbs, i went from that to 230lbs in 3 weeks (starving myself and doing 2hr cardio sessions) and all i got to show for it is loose skin, my body still looked the same. i since then listened to these bro's set up and diet and dropped down to 210-215, i did 1-2 lbs a week, my girls been telling me i look bigger even though, im loosing weight which made me feel good. i myself every 2-3 weeks can tell just by looking in the mirror how much im progressing. when u crash diet, u just get smaller and smaller but your body will still look the same, fat wise. i hope that helps ya alittle.
