7:00 am-6 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, protein shake 25g protein

Change the 6 whole eggs to 10 Egg whites, lose the shake.

10:00am-some peanut butter, protein shake 50g protein

Make sure the pb is natural, should be 2 tablespoons

    12:00am-usually fast food

Um.. Why? Make this Pro/Fat.. example: 6oz chicken breast, 1oz almonds

3:00pm-2 tuna sand. protein shake 50g protein

Have just the tuna with whole wheat bread, lose the shake.

6:00pm-always chicken breast, with brown rice, vegetable

Good.. i guess, i have no idea when you workout..

10:00pm-PBJ sandwich, protein shake 50g protein

Scrap the sandwich completely, have just the shake and have an EFA (preferably flax)

    I work out 5 days/week no cardio

    Whats your PWO nutrition???
