    I know everyone is different and everyone has to find what works best for them but what is a good starting point as in: I'm talking as in a rule of thumb.

    Finding out the amount of Carbs/ Pro/Fat for bulking up and for cutting up?

    how many grams of each per pound of body weight for bulking and cutting?
