    Stupid question... but hey

    Ok here it is when a diet calls for 1 chicken breast does it mean the whole thing the left on and the right on.....or just one side??? I think it means the whole thing am I right.
    Sorry for a stupid question but hey now I will know hopefully.

    A breast is usually 1 side.

    A chicken, just like a woman, has two breasts.........

    All right you all can laugh im an F-ing tool. All right then what is the count on one breast (chicken tittie) that is? cal? pro? carb? fat? on an a 8oz. piece.

    Usually every 4 ounces of lean chicken (meat for that matter) has between 22-25 grams of protein.
