    Egg Whites

    What do you put on or have with your egg whites when cutting?

    I am running out of ideas

    I chop green pepers and onions into then before cooking then scamble. Then top with a ****load of hot sauce.

    worschtishere sauce (sp) sauce with some onion powder and garlic salt. Very good!!!

    I throw cheese in them when cutting. That makes up the fat portion of my meal. Or sometimes I will throw a couple slices of turkey bacon in there for the Fat portion also.

    I just boil them and eat the whites.I thikn they taste good plain.

    franks red hot sauce, or no sugar added ketchup..salsa is good too.

    chili powder, pepper and habenero sauce (plus a little splenda). I usually start to sweat right after I start eating.

    I drink my eggwhites raw

    No I am not kidding...

    I buy pasteurised eggwhites cartons and simply swig it down like a shot. It has a rather nasty gooey consistency but has NO taste whatsoever.

    It takes 3 seconds and voila... 25g of protein.

    Better idea. Put them in your protein shake. 4oz Egg white, scoop of chocolate protein, 4oz H20, and some splenda. Thats much better than chugging the things straight. Nothing sucks more than when you are drinking egg cartons and you get those little white stringy things that look and feel like snot. Those are nasty!!

    I do that when I am at home...

    100mg eggwhites, 100mg firm cottage cheese, 100mg skim milk (or less), 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam, 1 scoop protein powder.

    It's delicious!

    But on the road (I spend long hours on the road for my job), I usually will just drink 1 or 2 cartons of eggwhites during my shift. It's quick and easy (and yes, quite snotty!)

    I read about this a while back and it sounded gross, but i tried it last week and it's not bad. I still like 'em hard-boiled, though. Feels more real, less engineered.

    it may sound gross, but I put on a little spread of peanut butter on top (only if I'm eating the egg whites with no carbs)
    sometimes I go for the 0 calorie/sugar free syrup.

    Both are really good.
