cutting diet..prolly wrong, but help me out
finished w/ my bulking starting to try n lose that fat...
7:00 am breakfast:
1 cup of egg whites
can of tuna
12:15 pmlunch:
can of tuna
1 yam
3:00pm workout
4:30 snack
myoplex shake
7:00 pm
can of tuna
10:00pm
Myoplex shake
can of tuna
fat:67 carbs:79 protein:290 calories:2106
i think i needa drop tha carbs and fat by about 10-15 grams but i aint sure how to w/o losing protein

I've been referrin' more people 2 the cutting sticky today than probably all of last year.
Read it, absorb it, apply it.
It's a good general guide.
