    Looking for some suggestions

    8:00 AM Cardio

    9:00 6 egg whites
    ½ cup cottage cheese
    3 strips turkey bacon

    11:00 1 can of tuna with a touch of mircle whip in a low carb wrap
    1 oz almonds

    12:00 Work out

    1;00 Isopure mrp 50/25 Its all I have rite now for pwo shakes

    1:30 9 oz of chicken and a cup of brown rice
    ½ cup of cottage cheese
    2 jello no sugar snack packs

    3:30 tuna wrap again

    6:30 6 oz chicken/salsa
    2 jello packs

    I would like a bit of help adding some more healthy foods as i am not getting even 2500 cals a day with my current set up.

    About myself i am cutting after a long absence from the gym. I have had wrist troubles for about a year and at this point i am pushing on with cardio and light training.
    currently 6,0 280 just about 30 bf. I know i need to add some flax oil and something to my dinner meal.

    Make your preworkout a Pro/Carb fo sure. Def get some flax in there, and your diet doesn't look half bad. Can you give me your macro breakdown and total cals for the day?

    It has worked out to 40/40/20 pro/fat/carbs
    2000 to 2200 on a carb load up day

    Should i add a small 50/50 pro/carb in between workout and 11:00 meal or just switch it up all together? maybe a bit of chicken and rice or should it be something faster acting like a pro shake and some dextrose once i get it?
