At my size?
I'm 19 years old and will be 20 at the end of April. I am 6'1" and about 275 pounds. I am very muscular, not even that fat at all, and most of my softness is from the creatine I started recently. My question is this, if I want cut, but maintain my muscle, should I still consume a large amount of carbs right after I work out or should I just use whey protein?

Yes, I feel the 2:1 ratio is still fine bro... (dextrose : protein)

6'1'' - 275 by 19 (Big). What is your diet? I noticed bodyfat % not included - please give us that important stat. Are you planning on a cutting diet? What are your goals (ie becoming a bodybulder - or lineman on a football team)? And yes, retain the 2:1 ratio for your PWO shake.

You should post up your cutting diet so we can take a look and give ya advice on what to consume / ditch from the diet.
