    egg omelettes

    are egg omelettes any good for protein? w/ ham? cheese? bacon? turkey? interested in some suggestions.

    An egg white omelette with a couple whole eggs and cheese, maybe a little turkey is a great pro/fat meal to have for a treat. I make them quite often actually..put a little hot sauce on it too.

    their great..I usually add a few whole eggs..then some egg whites..cheese, onions and ham..good source of protein definitly

    How much of it do you guys eat? I eat about 2 of them or till I can't eat anymore.

    Can't beat them bro. I eat about seven to eight egg whites in an omelett each morning......after my post workout drink...usually about an hour and a half to two hours later. Eggs are a great source of protein.
