are egg omelettes any good for protein? w/ ham? cheese? bacon? turkey? interested in some suggestions.

their great..I usually add a few whole eggs..then some egg whites..cheese, onions and ham..good source of protein definitly

How much of it do you guys eat? I eat about 2 of them or till I can't eat anymore.

As per your other thread as well, how much/when/with what/why/etc., all situational questions out of context, will vary by each person and their respective protocol.

Can't beat them bro. I eat about seven to eight egg whites in an omelett each morning......after my post workout drink...usually about an hour and a half to two hours later. Eggs are a great source of protein.
