    Are these symptoms of my metabolism slowing?

    Okay whenever I diet, this is how it usually goes, I restrict calories to about 10 x body weight, lose about 20 pounds in the first 2 weeks (mostly water im assuming) and then after that the weight loss stops, my resting heart rate goes EXTREMELY slow (as in maybe 45 beats per minute), my body temp gets kinda cold and I am a literal walking zombie. I even tried adding T3 here... and it backfired and my body temp actually DROPPED. Are these signs that my body is in starvation mode and has dropped my metabolism accordingly? Next time cutting should I try to maybe start with around 13 x my body weight in cals? Currently I am bulking so my metabolism is soaring right now, I'm even hot just sitting here.

    I sense calories are too low, yes. BWX12 is a good place to begin.
