Peanuts/organic PB ok as source of fat?

I was just wondering-some of my daily fat is from peanuts or organic/natural Peanut butter. I have lots of flax as well but I was just wondering. Is it ok.
What are the downsides if any.
    Thanx

i think cashews are lower in carbs or somthing tlike that i know almonds are but low salted peanuts are great but its hard not to just eat a little same with the all natural peanut nutter.
