eating before cardio pro fat or pro carb
what up guys i wake up around 7 am but i cant get to the gym to do my cardio till 10am bacuse of work so i must eat between 7 and 10 right...right so is it ok to have a pro carb meal around 8am before my cardio or should it be pro fat and have pro carb after word right

Yup make it pro/fat and try and eat it at 7am if possible.

why would u want to eat pro/fat before cardio. your body rus on carb especially during aerobic work. if your interested in burning fat, only a small amount would be used anyway and it all comes down to cal in vs cal out over the course of the day. eat carb before hand so u can go harder and longer.

see i use to have egg whites and oats about 7am hen do cardio around 10am then i would have pro/fat after ward and so on throught the day this approch works good for me i was just getting opions
