    question about diet while sick

    wut up im mad sick (bronchitis) , ive dropped like 12 pounds in the past week havent been to the gym in a week either. My question is this i have been continuing my diet but i am droping so much weight is it alrght to have like snakcs on top of my meals to keep my calories higher so i burn maybe a little less weight off. By the way i am bulking so any tips would be great

    if your bulkin then just keep it up, your body needs all the help it can get at the moment... get lots of vit c..

    Keep your protein high and you won't lose any muscle. If you lost 12 lbs in a week it was water weight.

    it was mostly water weigt but for like 2 days i didnt really get upfrom bed to eat or drink any water my normal 2 gallons, so when i was weighed at the doctors lets just say i was a little shocked
