cheat...what to eat?
hey that rhymes!
anyway i am going to have my cheat meal today and i was thinking about chinese. its been so long since i've had it though...i dont know what to pick.
what is everyone's fav chinese food?

i love chinese but it's not dirty enough for me, i stick with pizza or mexican food

how come no one just cheats on really good food? Like tomorrow, sit arond all day...watch football...eat peanuts, apples, pastas popcorn all day then its chilli time!!!

2 big macs , 3 large shakes choc , vanilla and strawberry.....some yummy ice coffees , 2 sweet&sour chicken plates , 1 LB of shrimp......mmm more like 2 meals or less

shit i have to update that. i weigh about 5lbs more now. not a big deal...but im going to cancun in 2 weeks (f'ing hurricane, i know, but i already paid for everything) and i wanna look the best i can
after a couple days of looking good in a bikini...im gonna let loose a little and have fun. so i kind of will have a whole cheat week!

i ended up havin pizza...mmm it was yum.
i like the new avatar steve! haha...but yeah i just upped the cardio to every day. i think my body is immune to cardio though. i will see in a couple weeks!

for my cheat meal I had a 100 buck dinner. Came with Duck,Lamb, Pork and Filet Mignon. It was gooood. For desert I had this huge ass choc. brownie melt drizzled with hot syrup.

I had this huge ass Burrito from a place called "Chipotle" today. Shit, i might go get another one later as this is the last day i am cheating before i start cutting tommorow.

i do LIC but i think you're right. i should switch it up a little. im going to start doing the stair master or treadmill for a while.
why no cheat till thxgiving? saving up to go all out on t-day?

I like the sesame chicken or honey chicken with steamed veggies. Bloat city from the sodium.
