    feel bad about 2 cheat meals

    My progress seemed to really slow this week. Today I had 2 gorditas from taco bell. I also had a few rolls from red lobster (like 5) at dinner. Maybe that will help out..I am thinking about doing cardio twice a day on nonworkout days from now on. My diet has remained the same..Im not sure what is wrong. Any ideas, suggestions?

    lmao...i had a dozen.yes 12......Krispy Kreme, origional glazed w/ chocolate on top.......yesterday...


    I dont regret it @ all...................it took almost a gallon of skim to wash um down

    dude im doing two a day cardio sessions...unless you are dieting for a show or something like that it aint worth it.

    Bro this is to be expected, you start losing weight and diet remains the same you are going to stall out. As a matter a fact you want to stall out, it's a good thing. Now you know that your Diet needs readjusting and you need to taper down on your ratio's that's all. Don't get down on yourself about it, you'll be fine.

    Those Gordita's better have been Cheesy Gordita Crunches, or else you totally fvcked yourself

    Stick your fingers in your mouth and Vomit!! j/k, like it was said earlier if your not competing it aint that bad, you defently dont wanna be doing 2 cardio sessions a day if your not ganna compete! talk about feeling lathargic

    1 pint B&J Cookie Dough
    1 pint B&J Oatmeal Cookie Chunk
    1 pint B&J Phish Food
    1 pint double cream (this really killed me)
    Liberal servings of spray whipped cream
    Chocolate sprinkles
    2 snickers bars chopped up

    BRO, that is iNSANE!!!!! Its impossibe to eat 5 pints of farking icecream in one sitting. thtas like 100,000 cals. LOL

    And chest dont stress it man. A cheat meal is good for you mentally. As for cardio 2x day on non-workout days. I suggest light cardio. good luck.

    shoot man, im currently bulking now and it seems like your the opposite. i eat alot of clean calories but i dont feel one bit guilty cheating 2 or 3 even 4 times a week. the way i look at it is im eating 8 meals a day including liquid form. thats 56 meals a week, so if i cheat even 5 times a week thats only like 10% of the time or something like that. so dont feel to bad.

    that was my next question. I was thinking..obviously since I have lost weight, I need to reduce the calories to get the same results I have been getting. Would it be okay to keep the protein the same? I think the brisket at meal4 is killing me..its damn greasy. I want to do something with that..maybe cut the portion in half. Would it be okay to keep the protein the same? Maybe I could use less mayonaise with the tuna? I will continue looking at my diet and thinking of things I could tone down. Here it is:

    cardio 5 days a week or so
    1. 1/2 cup oats
    2 scoops whey in water

    2. 4 slices turkey
    1 tbsp Flax

    3. tuna w/ mayo

    4. 8 oz brisket
    green veggies

    5. 1/2 cup oats here
    2 scoops whey

    6. Workout (I workout really late)
    Pwo shake 40g protein 80g dextrose .

    7. 2 chicken breasts
    brown rice & veggies

    8. 2 tbsps natty pb
    2 scoops whey

    any suggestions what to target to tone down?

    haha I ate 29 once..that was as a fat 14 year old. I wont even eat one now

    lower the macros .. make them less ..

    less pro

    less carb

    less fats

    i,e: 20g pro/15g fat.... make it less, 18gpro 14g fats , :example only :

    haha ya..sounds good. Maybe I'll do like 1 1/2 scoops whey on meal one and the last meal. Maybe replace meal#4 brisket with 1 chicken breast and some natty pb or something?

    CHEST NEVER DROP YOUR PROTEIN CALORIES NEVER !!!!!!! i made that mistake and i will never forgive myself, just tinker with your carbs and fats

    I would cut down on the use of whey protein and incorporate some more proper protein sources, chicken, turkey, egg whites, etc. Maybe think about dropping the natty pb and add some flax?

    mannn i knew that was coming. But I gotta do what I gotta do. I was thinking about dropping one of the shakes and adding egg whites..but that has a lot more calories. I have already replaced the brisket with a chicken breast I'll see how that goes. Im trying to figure out what to replace one of the shakes with...

    i know dropping th pb is gonna suck. i just did two weeks ago and im dying. flax has less cals and no carbs...so it will make a little bit of a difference if you substitute that.

    dropping pb for flax has never made a diff with me, if you can maybe drop a shke and use a can of tuna instead

    Ya I look forward to the pb all day haha. Looking at the flax..it has a whole lot less calories. Ya..I need to get a smaller can of tuna most likely..the one I eat now have 80g protein per can. I guess I'll keep the big can of tuna for meal#3. I cant decide where to replace a shake with tuna..Its gotta be a pro/fat meal since I'll be having mayonaise and I was thinking the last one, but flax and mayo would prolly be overkill.

    okay you're prolly gonna think this is nasty but i throw a can of tuna in some lettuce and add 1/2 tbsp (you may wanna do a full tbsp though) of flax then add balsamic vinegar...its awesome. my fav meal of the day!

    Dude don't worry about it.. If you have been strict for x amount of days/months it actually would be a good thing. Keep your body guessing, a cheat meal here and there is actually a good thing and it will be burned so quickly you won't even notice the difference.

    Plus it will keep ya sane lol

    i just took it like 10 mins ago..if i dont do it a certain way..it always almost comes right by up. It never has..but it stops halfway up my throat.

    Oh i tried that..cant get the flax smell/taste outta there unless I wash it w soap vigorously. I dont got a dishwasher in my dorm haha so..i gotta problem. No worries..i can handle it til i actually throw up one day
