    How do I stay consistent?

    Hey guys,
I have been training for sometime now. Im decently big, but thats not the point. I always fluctuate weight. I attempt to get abs, diet well, and once I get close I lose drive. What should I do with my diet? Should I add more meals with realisitc foods?

    HELP PLEASE!!!

Lay out your current diet. That is the simplest, most effective way to help.

nobody can tell you exactly how to not give up. it really is a matter of will power. cutting isn't fun, but it doesn't have to be horrible. post a diet you'll get some responses on different things you can do/eat so you don't lose focus.

just got to ask yourself what you want more. Do you want to cheat on the diet or eat improperly? Or, do you want to stay with it so you can see the results.

Once you have a proper training routine and diet set out it's just like bigpup said- it's all mental.

Some quick suggestions on your diet. First, you want a PWO shake immediately following your training session. Then the three chicken titties and brown rice is a fine PPWO- although, a full cup of brown rice seems like a lot. Also, you are lacking EFAs big time! You need fat to burn fat, brother. I dont see them anywhere in there. check you the diet stickie. You need to play around with the diet, first of all. Then it's just a matter of time.
