Alright, that's what I figured haha. Bare with me though, it is my first one. Keep in mind I don't give a darn about clean weight. I want to put a lot on, and go from there. I've read the sticky a few times..but what are the problems with it?
-I've went through first part of sticky and Harris Benedict Formula. Good so far
-Won't be working out hard on normal basis by any means. In home stuff, that's it. Main goal, put on weight.
-Is the problem in separation of carbs/fats?
Thanks for the helpLast edited by LancerO8; 01-28-2006 at 07:15 AM.

you should stay away from too many white breads and saturated fats. but other than that...if your metabo is as insane as you say it is, keep your protein high and eat as much as you can. is there a reason you care about poundage so much? weigh in or something?

I'm transferring so I have to sit out next season. My job next year will basically be the offensive demo squad, being in tip top shape isn't #1 til after next seaosn. And they want me to put on at least 25 pounds, so weight is much more important now. Added to that my metabolism is up there, and I have a frame to put on more weight. (my hs QB did the same his RS Fresh year at Miami OH, but it was seriously a Mcdonalds Diet. After he gained 25 lbs they turned him into a badass with their weight program)
I'll fix some things and post my new diet when I'm finished. What do you think would be a realistic daily calorie goal for me? Like I said I'm just trying to put on sheer poundage. Not looking to eat like 10000 daily, but I was jw. Thanks for the help guys, Ill get the new one on here soonLast edited by LancerO8; 01-29-2006 at 04:48 AM.

Use a fitness calculator for your daily caloric needs and a break down of pro/carb/fat needs...
there is one on steroid .com or you could google it for more options...
