cheat 1 time every 2 week... change to 1 week any good?
Hye guys im 6'2 205 Lbs right now my diet its just a clean one trying to stay lean and keep my weight im 20 Yo this is my current diet on workout days o non workout days i replace PWO and PPWO with Pro/fat meal. My real Question is that i Cheat once every 2 weeks and i feel good i can hold without cheating for the 2 weeks... im just tring to keeo my current weight and reduce body fat slowly, if I cheat once a week i would hinder my gains?
CARDIO 30 MIN
--------- Wait 45 Minutes
6:00 AM Meal #1: 10 Egg Withes , 1/2 Cup of oats
--------- Wait 3 Hours
9:00 AM Meal #2: 40g Protein From chicken , 2tbsp natural peanut butter
--------- Wait 3 Hours
12:00 AM Meal #3: 2 chicken breast , broccoli , tomatoes and spinach, 2
tbsp Olive oil
--------- Wait 1 Hour
WORKOUT
--------- As soon as i finish workout
( Aprox ) PWO: 2 scoops whey protein ( 48g ) , Sweettarts aprox 80g ( for dextrose )
--------- Wait 1 Hour
Around 5:00 PM PPWO: 2 Can of tuna , 1/2 Cup of rice
--------- Wait 3 hours
Around 8:00 - 8:30 Meal #4: 40 g Protein ( solid food ) , 2tbsp Peanut Butter

If I was in your position I would keep the cheat 1 every 2wks...if your wanting to reduce bf%slowly and there is no hurry...JMO...

befor bedtime a protein/fat meal ... protein coming from cassein

yep its cottage cheese; the only not solid food that i eat or just try to keep it that way its the PWO ( shake + dex ) offcourse sometimes im late and theres nutting left to do than take a shake

so ill keep it once / 2 wks , im not in a hurry just tryng to keep lean and slowly burn the extra fat
