    Macros for carb cycling off days

    I'm on my phone right now, so it's going to be brief, I've started cycling my carbs again this week and intend to do so for the next 6-8 weeks with the aim of dropping 7lbs pure fat, doubling up as a prime before the cycle.

    I was thinking of going with 70/15/15 to 60/20/20.

    Any thoughts ?

    not sure i follow. ur gonna cycle carbs rite? when do u plan on running the difft days of 70/15/15 and 60/20/20? ive never seen anyone run the first one but the second one is good but more indicative of a strait low carb diet as opposed to a carb cycle. i dont understand how u plan to manipulate these splits?

    ^^^^^^^^Saturday and Sunday are my NO carb days, I was asking what proportion of Fat i could consume.



    My usual training days are 2500 cals 44/38/18 days 1-5
    Day 3 is 40/46/14 2750 cals
    Days 6-7 is NO carb day

    depends on a lot of variables. personally i never try to exceed 20%. my carb cycles are difft than urs so i cant really comment out of experience. personally i prefer depletion style carb cycles for fat loss. `on my low carb days i only eat the fat that exists in the meat i eat. i do not supplement. i have read of people increasing their fat to 30% on NO carb days but i havent tried it and prob wont.
